Nationalpark Chalet Dreiherrenspitze
Chalet Drieherrenspitze is part of the Nationalpark Chalets, located on the mountainside of the cosy village of Neukirchen am Groβvenediger. Fun fact: every chalet is named after one of the peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. This luxury chalet is equipped for up to 8 people, with a modern kitchen, cosy dining area and a lovely sitting area with access to the balcony/terrace. Furthermore, the sleeping areas are divided into four bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and a private bathroom—what a luxury! The fourth bedroom has a double bed. As icing on the cake, the chalet has its own relaxation area with a Finnish sauna.
In winter, you can get to the piste immediately from the chalet. At the bottom of the piste, you can take the ski bus to the gondola that takes you to the top of the Wildkogel Arena or go a little further to one of the other ski areas: the Zillertal Arena or Kitzbüheler Alpen. After a wonderful day of skiing, you can let your skis and ski boots dry in the ski storage room of the chalet. In the evening, relax in the living room by the fireplace, in the sauna or play a game with everyone else at the dining table.
In summer, the Austrian mountain air is wonderful. There are many marked walking and cycling routes in the area. Travel by gondola to the top of the mountain or reach it through an invigorating hike. There is also plenty to do in the Neukirchen area. Finally, the 'Nationalpark Sommercard' is included in the rental of this chalet. This card allows you to visit the Krimml Waterfalls or enjoy one of the other free or discounted deals on offer. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings on the terrace with patio heating.
