WiFi
At Nationalpark Chalets, you not only enjoy peace and nature but also a fast and reliable internet connection. Thanks to our own fiber optic connection, our network works smoothly and without problems – ideal for sharing photos of the beautiful surroundings or relaxing with your favorite series.
You can connect to our network for free: wifi@nationalpark The password? Welcomehome!
Whether you are working, streaming, or just staying online with friends and family, you are always connected with us. Enjoy surfing! 🌐✨
Besides the National Park Wi-Fi network, each chalet has its own Wi-Fi network. These networks are officially owned by the respective chalet owner. If the password for this network is not explicitly provided in the accommodation, we are unfortunately unable to share the password.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using the National Park Wi-Fi network, which is available to all guests in the park. Should you have any further questions or need assistance with connecting, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Bed- en Badlinnen
With your reservation, a linen package is booked per guest. This linen package includes: a made-up bed upon arrival, a large towel, and a small towel.
In your chalet, we make the beds for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Does your chalet have more beds than guests? Then these beds will remain unmade unless you specifically request otherwise. Of course, the remaining beds can also be made up for an additional fee. Just let us know!
Booking a Baby Cot or High Chair Traveling with a little one? For children up to 3 years old, you can book a baby cot including bed linen and towels for €25. We also have an extra high chair available for €10. If you let us know before your stay, we will ensure it is ready upon your arrival.
Need Extra Linen or Towels? Do you need extra bed linen or towels during your stay? You can easily pick these up at the reception or order them through our delivery service.
Household Items
Upon arrival in your chalet, we ensure that you feel right at home. Therefore, tea towels, toilet rolls, and garbage bags are provided, sufficient for the first few days of your stay. Additionally, you will receive a handy service set at check-in, which includes dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules, hand soap, all-purpose cleaner, and other basic necessities.
Missing something? Ran out of toilet paper? No worries! You can buy everything at one of the nearby supermarkets. You can also visit our own shop next to the reception for the most essential items.
Heating
In our chalets, we ensure that you can enjoy a pleasantly warm atmosphere upon arrival. The underfloor heating is pre-set for you, so you feel right at home.
The heating is easy to operate via the switches on the wall. The normal setting we use is between 2 and 3 (approximately 21-22 degrees Celsius). Since it is underfloor heating, it may take a little longer for a room to get warmer when you set the thermostat higher. We kindly ask you not to set the thermostats above level 4. This helps prevent system overload and contributes to a sustainable and comfortable heating experience for everyone.
For extra ambiance and warmth, you can also light the fireplace. Enjoy the crackling fire and the coziness it brings – the perfect addition to your winter stay!
Do you have questions about using the heating or the fireplace? Our team is always ready to help.
Fireplace
In your chalet, you will find a wood-burning fireplace – perfect for relaxing by a crackling fire after a day in the mountains. The wood is already prepared for you, partly by the fireplace and partly by the outside wall of your chalet. The use of the fireplace and the wood is included in your booking.
Need extra wood? Just let us know via WhatsApp: 📞 +43 664 357 2101, and we will arrange it for you.
The usage instructions for the fireplace are posted in the living room.
Tips for Safe and Efficient Use:
- Open the Damper: Make sure the damper is open before lighting the fire.
- Lighting: Use fire starters and no liquids. Start with small logs and add larger ones once the fire is burning well.
- Glass Door: Close the door once the fire is burning well, but be careful – the glass door can get very hot!
- Safety: Do not put too many logs in the fireplace at once; they can roll out. Also, watch out for sparks and extinguish them immediately if they land on the floor.
- Always Be Careful: Be extra vigilant if there are children nearby.
